Q. Can a Posted Santa letter be sent Anywhere in the World?
A. Yes, and at no extra charge. Please see our Last Posting Dates but remember that your letter will stand a better chance of reaching its destination before Christmas the earlier it is ordered.
Q. Can I order a Letter after the final postal dates?
A. Yes, though we cannot guarantee your letter will be received in time for christmas. For Guarenteed delivery after your countries final postal date you may order an Official Emailed personalised Letter from Santa that will be delivered instantly via Email and can be printed out on your own printer.
Q.How Secure are my credit/debit card details?
A. All transactions are handled via Paypal. Pay Pal is a well established company specializing in electronic payment processing and for added security you are directed to their secure server to enter your card details. Your card details and are not seen or stored by us and you do not need an account with Pay Pal to make credit/debit card payments.
Q. Do you pass my details to any other companies
A. No. Official Santa Letters do not pass on any information (including personal details) to any third parties.

Q. Can i see a copy of the letter before it is sent?
A. As each of our letters is individually hand personalised it is not possible to show your letter text before order. We believe our personalised letters are the best Santa letters available on the internet! You can of course see examples of our letters on our sample and order pages.
Q. When can i order a personalised letter?
A. For 2012 our Ordering System will be live form 25th September to 25th December. For All Personalised Posted letters it is advised to place your order as early as possible to ensure your letter is delivered in time for Christmas. Please check our Final Postal Dates to make sure your letter will arrive in time for Christmas.
Q.When will my Santa Letter arrive?
A. All Letters ordered before December 1st will be posted to arrive between December 1st and Christmas Eve. All orders received on or after December 1st will be posted within 3 days of receipt of the order, up to our Last Posting Date and will arrive on or before Christmas Eve. Please allow upto 7 working days for your letters to arrive during busy periods.
Q.Is my personal information safe?
A. Official-Santa-Letters.co.uk will never share or sell any personal information to any third party. Any details you provide are strictly confidential and they will never be sold or distributed to any third parties.
