How will my Santa letter be personalised?
After you have completed the Paypal Checkout you will be returned to our web site to customise your letter. Our Simple to use form will ask you for your child's name, age, sex, town, wishlist and any other information you wish to have included in your letter.
Can i see a copy of the letter before it is sent?
it is not possible to show you an automated copy of your finished letter unless you order our Automated Emailed Letter. We believe our personalised letters are the best Santa letters available on the internet! You can of course see examples of our letters on our sample and order pages.
When can i Order a Personalised Letter
Our Ordering System is open all year round. for Personalised Posted letters it is advised to place your order as soon as possible to ensure your letter is delivered intime for Christmas. Please check our Final Postal Dates to make sure your letter will arrive intime for christmas.
When will my santa letter arrive?
All Letters will be posted in time to arrive between December 10th and Christmas Eve. All orders received on or after December 10th will be posted within 3 days of receipt of the order, up to our Last Posting Date and will arrive on or before Christmas Eve .
Is My Personal Information Safe?

Can a Posted Santa letter be sent Anywhere in the World
Yes, and at no extra charge. Please see our Last Posting Dates but remember that a letter will stand a better chance of reaching its destination before Christmas the earlier it is posted.
Can i Order A Posted Letter from Santa after the Final Postal Dates?
Yes, though we cannot guarentee your letter will be recieved in time for christmas. If you are worried you can order an Official Email from santa that will be delivered instantly and can be printed out on your own printer.
How secure are my credit/debit card details?
We use PayPal to process your credit/debit card payment. PayPal is a well established company specialising in electronic payment processing and for added security you are directed to their secure server to enter your card details. Your card details and are not seen or stored by us and you do not need an account with PayPal to make credit/debit card payments.
Do you pass my details to any other Company?
No. Official Santa Letters do not pass on any personal details or any other information to any other company.
